APC launches pub and wine bar cover
Commercial insurance underwriting agency Anglo Pacific Consultants has launched a pubs and wine bars package product covering what it claims is a broader than standard range of risks. It can be extended to include the home contents of publicans or managers that live on-site.
While some insurers do offer this cover, APC’s research found a high proportion of traditional policies for pubs and wine bars often exclude the home contents on the premises.
The new product
