Highway results show steady improvement
Motor insurer Highway Insurance has reported premium revenue rose to £242.9m in 2005 from £225.6m the previous year and the company's profit before tax increased by £6.1m to £27.3m.
The insurer pointed to 2005 being a successful first full year for its retail division, which now controls nearly 180,000 policies, however it added general trading conditions remain challenging
