Questgates motor division has, during trials of a new IT system, proved it is able to comply with reforms recently recommended by the Ministry of Justice.
The new processes, the foundation of which is a bespoke web-based IT system, have achieved a turnaround of less than 15 days from receipt of instructions to completion.
