Broker acquired by Protectagroup
Protectagroup, one of Wales’s largest independent insurance brokers, has acquired Welsh-based broker The Broker Gateway & Vanguard Insurance, in a deal worth £350,000.
Protectagroup bought the £2.5m independent Bridgend-based firm as part of its on-going growth strategy.The Broker Gateway will continue to trade under its own name and will come under the management
