Argo buys US underwriter Massamount for undisclosed sum
Specialist (re)insurer Argo Group said that its Trident unit had acquired US underwriter Massamont Insurance for an undisclosed sum.
The new combined organization will do business under the Trident and Massamont names and will also have operations in San Antonio, Boston, Greenfield (MA) and Chicago.
