Spain's Mapfre acquires Bristol-based intermediary
Spanish firm Mapfre Asistencia has acquired Abraxas, the Bristol-based insurance intermediary in the motor sector for £10.5m, reports Anthony Gould.
Abraxas, which operates in pecuniary losses, distributes and manages insurance programmes offering guaranteed asset protection, mechanical breakdown guarantee and related products via a network ofOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
