MOJ reform deadline - latest
The Ministry of Justice looks set to further delay the release of the much anticpated reform paper on personal injury claims. The MOJ told Post today that the reforms will be published by the end of March “or as soon as possible afterwards” indicating the decisions could be pushed into April.
The MOJ had earlier this year given itself a self-imposed deadline of the end of March.The MOJ’s stalling has prompted frustration from all sides, who have been waiting to find out what the Ministry
