Presidio Reinsurance Group buys out UK underwriter Vespasian
Presidio Reinsurance Group said that it has bought London-based accident and health underwriting agency Vespasian.
The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Vespasian, which writes reinsurance through the Hardy syndicates and the Catlin Insurance Company at Lloyd's, will be renamed Presidio Reinsurance Management.
