ABI to eradicate innocent non-disclosure
Customers who innocently fail to disclose relative details on their insurance applications will still be eligible for insurance payouts, according to the Association of British Insurers’ (ABI) new guidelines on non-disclosure.
The ABI has defined three types of non-disclosure – ‘innocent’, ‘negligent’ and ‘deliberate or without any care’.
