Administrators appointed for Rubicon
Andrew Pepper, Peter Saville and Fraser Gray, partners in Kroll’s Corporate Advisory & Restructuring Group, have been appointed joint administrators to The Rubicon Corporation, the business process outsourcing company for the insurance industry. In addition, they were also appointed joint Administrators, to subsidiary companies Rubicon Insurance Solutions, Quote Solutions and Rubicon Inspections.
The London-based Group employs approximately 520 people and helps leading insurance companies’ commercial and retail brands to enhance their offerings through the application of business process
