Loss adjuster MBO completed
Resources in Insurance Group, the AIM listed insurance claims facility provider, has completed the sale of its loss adjusting division, CPA.
David Croston, the group's former operations director, has acquired the division and has now officially stepped down from the Board of RiIG.
He is replaced by Gordon Vater, who joined the Group in 2000
