RSA: US update
Royal and Sun Alliance this morning revealed that it had settled one its outstanding US legal battles and completed a deal to sell its American non standard motor business.
In a statement the insurer said: "RSA today confirms that the change of control of its US nonstandard auto business to Sentry Insurance a Mutual Company has been approved by the US regulators and theOnly users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
