Report reveals plight of the insurance underclass

A new report by the Association of British Insurers has revealed that 35% of households earning less than £10,000 a year have no insurance at all.

"Access for All: extending the reach of insurance", also claims that people in this group are the most vulnerable to crime, fire and flooding.
