SSP in Asia-Pacific acquisition
SSP has strengthened its grip on the Asia-Pacific general insurance market with the acquisition of IT business Insure/90 from CSC Computer Systems.
The deal comes days after SSP signing a binding agreement to acquire the Australian insurer systems specialist Koukia Pty, which SSP describes as “a next generation” technology update of Insure/90
