Allianz commissions climate change report
Allianz and the World Wildlife Fund have commissioned an independent report examining the climate performance of the G8 nations according to nine criteria, such as comparing emission trends since 1990 and examining each country’s progress against their Kyoto targets. .
The G8 Climate Scorecards 2008 also scores the countries on three specific policy areas: energy efficiency, renewable energy, and development of carbon markets.
