Condon denies anything to do with whiteboard claims
Philip Condon had nothing to do with the whiteboard claims at the centre of the Serious Fraud Office's case against him. This was the assertion of Mr Condon’s defence counsel Gareth Rees QC in his opening statements today, writes Charlie Thomas.
The defence continued its case for Mr Condon by claiming that despite his name being attached to a number of memos detailing the movements of cases to and from the whiteboard, Mr Condon often knew
