Rivlin kicks off summing up
The scope for finding the three defendants guilty in the Independent trial has been laid out to the jury by the judge, Mr Justice Rivlin. Ed Vinales reports .
He told the jury that it was up to the prosecution to have proven that the three former directors of the collapsed insurer were guilty.
