Following a period of increased rejections of protection insurance claims, the market is looking to get its house in order. Sam Barrett explains what changes are being made
Almost a quarter (23%) of critical illness insurance claims were rejected in 2006, according to figures from Swiss Re, with these declined claims seriously damaging the reputation of the protection
