With the UK preparing to transpose the Environmental Liability Directive into law, what can insurers and their clients learn from the experience of others who are further ahead of the game? Ana Paula Nacif reports

After months of consultation, the Environmental Liability Directive is finally set to be transposed into UK law in December, according to the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs -
