FCA mandates vulnerable customer complaint reporting

The Financial Conduct Authority has introduced the requirement for firms to report complaints involving customers in vulnerable circumstances.

The change was described as a “key feature” of a new process announced today (3 December), aimed at streamlining the way firms report complaints to the regulator.

It is set to enable the FCA to monitor
