Prices to slide in Q3 says report

General insurance prices are likely to soften again in the second part of 2007 according to insurance benchmarking specialist Consumer Intelligence.

Support grows for government to underwrite flood risk

Nearly 80% of property professionals believe the government should underwrite the risk of flooding when housing developments on flood plains prove uninsurable, according to a snapshot survey by Lockton’s real estate and construction division.

Revival co revenues up 28%

Restoration specialist the Revival Company, has posted strong growth figures for the year ending 31 March 2007. The company’s total sales for the last 12 months were up 28%, showing annual revenues of £7 million.
