Ageas confirms exclusive talks over Saga ‘partnership’
Ageas has confirmed it has entered into negotiations with Saga for the distribution of motor and home insurance products to Saga's customers.
The Belgian insurer is looking to establish a 20-year partnership with Saga, in a deal that would also see it take control of Saga’s underwriting business Acromas for £67.5m in the second quarter of
