Gender ruling could give rise to further legal challenges, law firm warns
Today's ruling on gender being used for insurance purposes could trigger a spate of further litigation according to one actuarial firm.
Dave Grimshaw, partner, Barnett Waddingham, warned this could especially be the case if retrospection applies.
