Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Europe plans to increase its UK claims headcount by 30% by the end of 2026, as part of the expansion of its Newcastle-based Claims Centre of Excellence.

The motor insurer will also double the number of claims managed by the end of this year.

And-E plans to bring motor fleet claims handling in-house after a multi-year transformation aimed at converting
