iCan launches mentoring platform
iCan has launched a mentoring platform designed to meet the development needs of Generation Z workers entering the insurance industry “that are not being adequately met by the current system”.
With research from Indeed showing 82% of Gen Z have never worked full-time in an office environment and 85% of them worry they are at a disadvantage when it comes to networking, learning and career
