Bronek Masojada appointed Sirius Point chair

Former Hiscox boss Bronek Masojada has been appointed chair of Sirius Point’s board of directors, effectively immediately.

This comes a month after Masojada (pictured) joined the specialty insurer and reinsurer’s board. He succeeds interim chair Sharon Ludlow, who has headed the Sirius Point board since May 2022.
