Igo4 is covering the cost of Hormone Replacement Therapy for their employees who need it, and has signed the Menopause Workplace pledge, to recognise the impact of menopause, and support for those who are affected.
The digital insurance business is among several UK employers to compensate associated NHS prescriptions for its team.
