Dive In Festival: Doing things the same way we’ve always done just ‘won’t cut it’, says Neal

Opening the eighth edition of Dive In Festival on Tuesday, Lloyd’s CEO John Neal contested that tough times within the last three years presented the industry with a “terrific opportunity” to change the way it operates, and simply “doing things the same way we’ve always done just won’t cut it”.

This year’s festival theme is ‘bravery’, with the intention of calling on the industry to build “braver cultures” that allow people to feel safe, respected, and free to express themselves.
