Mark Pain to succeed Scott Wheway as Axa’s chairman
Mark Pain has been appointed as chairman of Axa UK board with effect from 1 July, replacing Scott Wheway who is stepping down on 30 June.
Pain had been appointed to the board as non-executive director in December 2018 and is a chairman of the risk committee and senior independent director. He is a former retail banker with extensive
