Howden rejigs exec committee ahead of Aston Lark deal completion

Broking group Howden has made a series of changes to its executive committee as it awaits the completion of its Aston Lark deal.

Howden’s purchase of Aston Lark was confirmed in October last year and is expected to see the combined firms’ UK gross written premium in the UK top £6bn. The deal remains subject to regulatory
