WTW adds ex-Lloyd’s digital leader Lou Smith

WTW has appointed Lou Smith as commercial lines data strategy lead in its insurance consulting and technology unit.

Smith, pictured, was previously Lloyd’s first chief digital officer joining in February 2020. She left the organisation last year with her departure announced in September.

WTW detailed that at Lloyd
