Lured initially by the promise of a game similar to the Gaelic football he played in his youth in Ireland, RSA group brand manager Mick Tierney has made himself a mainstay of the Sussex Swans, a Brighton-based Aussie rules football club.

How did your interest in this sport start?

I grew up around Gaelic football in Ireland and though I never progressed at club level beyond the age of fourteen, it was the go-to sport on the playground
