AIG promotes Fitzsimons to CFO and shuffles senior leadership team
AIG has promoted Shane Fitzsimons to group chief financial officer amid senior leadership team changes, effective from 1 January 2022.
He will be replacing Mark Lyons who will be moving from the position of executive vice-president and chief financial officer to a newly created role of executive vice-president, global chief actuary
