RSA cutting 300 roles
RSA has announced a voluntary redundancy programme as part of a process designed to reduce its headcount by the equivalent of 300 full time roles.
The reduction in posts could also involve staff requesting reduced working hours.
The process is open to all employees from across the business, the insurer said.
