Davies appoints Jeff Chang as general counsel
Davies has appointed Jeff Chang to the recently created global role of general counsel.
Chang will join from law firm Osborne Clarke, where he was a partner.
The loss adjuster flagged that Chang will lead on all legal matters, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions
