ABI backs ethnicity pay gap reporting proposals
Exclusive: The Association of British Insurers has backed proposals to introduce ethnicity pay gap reporting.
In response to a government consultation, the ABI has suggested that ethnicity pay gap reporting should closely mirror how data on the gender pay gap has been published.
The gender pay gap was
