Caps Consortium appoints John O'Roarke as chairman
Caps Consortium has appointed John O’Roarke as chairman of its advisory board.
Until May O'Roarke was managing director of LV GI, a role he held for 10 years. Before that he was chief operating officer at RBS and managing director of Churchill.
