AIG appoints two independent directors in Singapore

US-headquartered insurance giant AIG has made its first independent director appointments to its Singapore board.

Shirish Apte and Isabella Loh have agreed a three-year term, effective from today.

AIG said the independent directors will bring an outside perspective to AIG Singapore’s board of directors and help
