Generali appoints Spence as head of Asia M&A
Generali Asia has appointed John Spence as regional head of mergers and acquisitions and strategy.
Spence, pictured, has taken on the new role as the Italian insurer looks to expand in the region. It recently acquired 48% of general insurer MPIB in Malaysia with an option to buy 70%.
