Ecclesiastical recruits Axa commercial property boss to helm UK underwriting
Ecclesiastical has named Axa’s head of commercial property as its new UK general insurance underwriting director.
Tony Hutchins joined the insurer last week, replacing the retiring Paul Bloxham.
He joined Axa in 2010, having previously served as Allianz' property and risk director.
