Career file - Richard Nettleship: New role to forge closer ties between claims and retail
Allianz has appointed Richard Nettleship to the newly created role of proposition and change relationship manager, in a bid to forge greater links between its claims team and its retail division.
Nettleship, who has worked for Allianz since 2012, will be responsible for ensuring all claims elements, with a particular focus on the customer journey, are considered in retail proposition
