Dual asset underwriting managing director Phillip Oldcorn has been promoted to the newly created role of chief operating officer for Europe at the Hyperion underwriting arm.

In this role, Oldcorn will lead and oversee the development of Dual corporate risks, including financial and professional lines, along with Dual’s European accident and health business.
