IUA members fret over emerging skills gap
The International Underwriting Association has heard concern from members around the emerging skills gap in insurance as the workforce approaches retirement.
Underwriting and claims support team member and IUA Futures lead Ela Metalia told Insurance Post the likelihood of knowledge being lost through retirement is a pain point member firms have brought up
