Aviva, Saga, and LV lead the pack in customer satisfaction
Saga Insurance, Aviva, and LV have been named the top-performing insurers in customer satisfaction.
Institute of Customer Service surveys conducted between August 2024 and April 2025 showed Saga has the most satisfied customers with a score of 81.7, followed closely by Aviva (81.1) and LV= (80.8)
