Zurich’s Bate on insurers accelerating gender parity progress

Ahead of International Women’s Day, Natalie Bate, head of education, charities and social organisations for Zurich Municipal, shares the five steps insurers should take to accelerate action and achieve gender parity in our lifetimes.

It’s disappointing to hear that at the current rate of progress, the World Economic Forum estimates it will take until 2158 to reach full gender parity. 2058 is too long, let alone 2158.
