Liz Tytler, head of claims at Movo Partnership, is the reason you have cow signs with horns and udders, plus she is a Dancing Queen - so long as she has had a drink.

Explain your job to a five-year-old.

I help people when they have crashed their car or there is water coming through the ceiling of their house.

What has been the highlight of your career to date?

Being nominated for Employee of the Year – oh no wait, that hasn’t happened yet. Being part of a business, which is clearly going places and wants me to share in its successes.

What would you name your autobiography?

Nemo saltat sobrius – ‘Nobody Dances Sober’. As someone who has no rhythm, I find this helps.

If you could learn any new skill, what would it be?

I would love to be able to speak languages, especially Italian.

If you could be a fictional character, which one would it be?

Clarice Starling, Silence of the Lambs. She was a fierce woman.

What chore do you hate most?

Cleaning the hair from the bath plughole. Living in a house of mostly women it’s amazing how much it gathers. We could make wigs.

What did you buy with your first wage packet?

I bought a Victorian three-stone garnet ring for my mum in Covent Garden market because she had always wanted one.

What would you tell your 18-year-old self today?

“You’ve got this! Believe in your own abilities and don’t let anyone take away your shine.”

What song is guaranteed to make you smile or dance?

Cheesy all the way. Abba to make me smile and instantly become a karaoke queen, although to get me dancing it would have to be something more contemporary like Harry Styles.

What sporting event that you’ve never attended is top of your bucket list?

I would love to go to the opening ceremony of the Olympics or watch the Monaco Grand Prix while sitting on a yacht in the marina, drinking champagne.

If you could go back in time to any point in history, where would you go?

To the opening of the tomb of Tutankhamun in 1922 in the Valley of the Kings.

What is one fact about you that would surprise your colleagues?

I used to design road signs for the Highways Agency. I’m the reason there are cow signs with horns and udders.

What one thing couldn’t you live without?

My daughters say caffeine! I would say, my daughters.

How do you define success?

A sense of accomplishment at the end of each day and knowing that you have made a difference.

What was the last lie you told?

I told my hairdresser that I was happy with the cut.
