Leading the panel discussion on ‘The Authority Gap’ on Tuesday, Mary Ann Sieghart, author and former assistant editor, contested that “we have all grown up in a society in which men are still in charge” and presented the industry with opportunities to change the gender bias in the workplace.

Sieghart explained that there is still a huge stigma on gender in the workplace across many industries, and organisations can do more to tackle this gender bias, helping women reach the top.

She said
