Crawford names Michelle Jarrard as chair
Crawford has made Michelle Jarrard non-executive chair of the board, replacing Charles Ogburn who remains on the board and will chair the compensation committee.
Jarrard, pictured, was first elected to the loss adjuster’s board in August 2018 and is the first woman to chair the business.
She is a former senior partner of McKinsey & Company, where she held
