FOS CEO Caroline Wayman to step down in April
Caroline Wayman, chief ombudsman and CEO of the Financial Ombudsman Service, is set to step down after seven years at the helm.
Wayman, pictured, has spent 22 years at the FOS and succeeded Natalie Ceeney as chief ombudsman and CEO in July 2013, having previously been the service’s principal ombudsman and legal director.
