The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in the mass migration of insurance professionals away from the office environment for the foreseeable future. In light of this unprecedented situation, Post subscribers were invited to take part in an online survey to share their input on how working practices have changed as a result of Covid-19, the challenges faced by professionals working remotely and what they will miss about their office environments.
Comprising 10 questions, the survey went live on 24 March and closed on 31 March. In total, 342 professionals within the insurance community contributed to the research, of whom 323 completed the
